I created three posters to represent each of Fáilte Ireland's domestic programmes (this was prior to the launch of Hidden Heartlands): Wild Atlantic Way, Ireland's Ancient East and Visit Dublin. The intention of these posters was to present the programmes in a way that is aesthetically satisfying and that demonstrates an intimate knowledge of what the programmes represent.
I created an illustrative treatment for the posters that featured hand-rendered typography as the focal point. The typography is intended to capture the energy and vividness of the three experiences and it also alludes to the centrality of the human connection as part of your experience travelling within Ireland.
